Responsibilities

  • Implement critical workflows across trade booking, P&L and risk reporting and properly integrate these into a range of downstream systems, including user interactive tools and official risk P&L and risks systems
  • Integrate a range of third-party specialized vendor systems such as Monis and Kynex into day-to-day trading and reporting activities
  • Provide prompt support and a high level of service to all downstream consumers including portfolio managers, Macro management, risk managers, and Valuations
  • Proactively drive efficiency across convertible bond related BAU processes to improve the overall quality and efficiency of daily technology operations

Requirements

  • Hands-on, in-depth knowledge of Monis as a vendor system, including familiarity with its application to both front office trading and middle office trading support
  • Hands-on experience with Kynex and its capabilities in security and portfolio analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in the following programming languages: C#, SQL, Python
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance, specifically the area of convertible bonds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Pay

The annual base salary range for this role is $235,000-$300,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
