Software Engineer (Levels 1 and 2)
About the role
Belay Technologies is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our intel team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using Python, C, and/or C++
- Work in Windows and Linux/UNIX development environments
- Implement CI/CD, automation, and containerization practices
- Handle large-scale data and optimize performance
- Contribute to software architecture, testing, and DevOps initiatives
- Experience with front-end development and Elasticsearch is a plus
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution
- Four years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes, or 14 years of SWE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
Skills
- Python, C, and/or C++ programming
- Development in Windows and Linux/UNIX environments
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), automation, and containerization
- Data handling and performance optimization
- Software architecture, testing, and DevOps
- Front-end development and Elasticsearch experience
