Software Engineer - Level 01 - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQU with Security Clearance

About the role

Constellation Technologies Inc is seeking a Systems Engineer at Level 01 with a fully cleared security clearance including a recent polygraph. The ideal candidate will have at least seven (07) years of direct/relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, and four (04) years of additional relevant experience on projects with similar processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements.
• Work individually or as part of a team.
• Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
• Solves software problem reports.
• Utilizes software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
• Provides specific input to the software components of system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.

Requirements

• Must have a TS/SCI clearance with an active polygraph (last polygraph must be within the last five (05) years).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (04) years of additional relevant experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Must be able to develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems.

Qualifications

• UI/UX architecture frontend development background is a plus.
• Experience with API, ReactJS, NodeJS, Java, Spring Boot framework, JavaScript, Docker/Podman, AWS cloud infrastructure, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Gradle is a plus.

Pay

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $101,233 to $151,481.
