Software Engineer IV

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer IV to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will focus on applying AI to modernize software development practices and improve delivery across supply chain applications. The position will partner with technical and operational stakeholders to accelerate requirements, design, coding, testing, and DevOps workflows. Success in this role will be measured by tangible gains in engineering productivity, quality, and software delivery outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Transform supply chain application development through AI-enabled practices
• Drive AI-powered development and modernization initiatives
• Leverage AI for requirements gathering and solution design
• Implement AI-driven code generation and refactoring
• Enhance testing efficiency with AI-assisted testing and automation
• Support operational processes using AI-enabled DevOps
• Quantify and report on improvements in software delivery outcomes

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Oracle SCM and AI technologies
• Proven track record of applying AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS applications
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI frameworks
• Ability to demonstrate measurable business outcomes from AI adoption
• Expertise in AI-driven testing and DevOps practices
• Experience in prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows

Pay

Compensation: $132,240 – $208,800 annually
