Responsibilities
The TikTok Customer Service Platform (CSP) is primarily responsible for providing efficient support services to TikTok users, collecting and analyzing user feedback, and assisting TikTok in continuously optimizing its products and services to enhance user experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during the Summer of 2026.
- Solid foundation in computer science, proficient in at least one front-end framework (React/Vue), with an understanding of the design philosophy behind the framework.
- Understand front-end engineering concepts, capable of designing robust system modules and components, with a strong sense of code structure and standardization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree program and intending to return to continue studies after completing the internship.
- Familiarity with Node.js, knowledge of frameworks such as Express/Koa, and prior experience in server-side application development is preferred.
- Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of actively working with product and design teams to better understand and meet user requirements.

Compensation Description (Hourly): - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $45- $45. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
