Software Engineer II - Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Aid in Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Create and update Salesforce Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and custom fields.
• Support Apex development under the guidance of senior developers.
• Assist with Lightning Web Component development and troubleshooting.
• Help maintain existing Salesforce automations and integrations.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Review requirements and help translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support production issue troubleshooting and user-reported defects.
• Learn and follow Salesforce development best practices.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
• Exposure to Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and automation.
• Basic understanding of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Willingness to learn APIs, integrations, and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with a team and take direction from senior developers.

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Administrator certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, experience with Git, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, or change sets, exposure to REST/SOAP APIs, experience working in a sandbox environment, and familiarity with Agile or Scrum teams.
