Responsibilities
- Aid in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Create and update Salesforce Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, and custom fields.
- Support Apex development under the guidance of senior developers.
- Assist with Lightning Web Component development and troubleshooting.
- Help maintain existing Salesforce automations and integrations.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Review requirements and help translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support production issue troubleshooting and user-reported defects.
- Learn and follow Salesforce development best practices.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
- Exposure to Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flow and automation.
- Basic understanding of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Willingness to learn APIs, integrations, and deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with a team and take direction from senior developers.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Administrator certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, experience with Git, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, or change sets, exposure to REST/SOAP APIs, experience working in a sandbox environment, and familiarity with Agile or Scrum teams.
