About the role
As a Software Engineer II, you will work as an active member of an experienced development team throughout the full software development lifecycle. We are looking for an engineer who is energized by solving problems, enjoys learning, and takes pride in delivering solutions that create real business value.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, React, and TypeScript.
- Take ownership of assigned features and technical problems from investigation through implementation and delivery.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop software solutions that deliver business value, meet quality standards, and are completed on time.
- Analyze requirements and contribute to technical design and implementation decisions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, quality assurance engineers, architects, and fellow developers to develop practical and maintainable solutions.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing and incorporating feedback.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues by investigating root causes.
- Identify and communicate technical concerns, risks, or potential roadblocks.
- Research unfamiliar technologies and technical problems to develop effective solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to improving development practices, application quality, and team effectiveness.
Requirements
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant professional software development experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
