Software Engineer II - Full Stack (Remote Eligible)

About the Opportunity:The Software Engineer II - Full Stack role involves building the next generation of scalable backend services and addressing distributed systems challenges. The position contributes by collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in architectural discussions, mentoring junior engineers, and enhancing the use of AI tools to improve productivity and innovate team processes. This role is suited for candidates with hands-on development experience who seek to take ownership and develop skills in cloud infrastructure and AI integration. 3. Responsibilities:• Develop scalable backend services using Kotlin and Java• Address complex distributed systems problems using cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Kubernetes• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions• Mentor junior engineers on code quality and best practices• Collaborate closely with product management and other business areas• Utilize AI tools to enhance coding, testing, design, and troubleshooting, and promote AI adoption within the team 4. Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of software development experience building scalable, available applications• At least 2 years programming experience with Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript• Minimum 2 years experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure• Experience developing and supporting REST APIs• At least 6 months professional experience using AI to improve productivity in SaaS development• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• US Base Salary Pay Range $125,000—$175,000 USD• Eligibility for market competitive incentive opportunities• Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, education, and candidate location 6.
