About the role

As a Software Engineer II at FACTS Financial Aid Management, you'll be a valuable member of our development team, working to transform customer needs into technical solutions that will enhance and evolve FACTS Financial Aid Management solutions. While we work in a .NET stack with Angular, we value engineering fundamentals, passion, and the ability to learn over specific tech experience.

Responsibilities

  • Research, design, implement, and maintain software applications based on user requirements.
  • Write, test, and implement efficient code.
  • Use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow.
  • Provide recommendations on design and development approach.
  • Stay positive and solution-oriented with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • .NET stack with Angular is preferred.
  • AI experience is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong technical competency, with a logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate clearly within team on complex issues.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
  • Adapts well to change and focuses on continuous improvement.

Pay

Compensation range for this role is $100,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience.
