About the role

Honeywell's Anthem Integrated Flight Deck is the industry's first Cloud-Connected "Always-On" Integrated Cockpit system, featuring cloud-native communications, navigation, and surveillance systems, powered by a flexible software platform that can be customized for virtually every type of aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core flight management software supporting next-generation avionics systems
• Implement high quality software solutions that meet performance, security, and reliability requirements
• Participate in requirements and code reviews, contributing ideas that improve software quality and development practices
• Collaborate with systems, hardware, test, and certification teams to deliver integrated software solutions
• Support software integration, testing, and debugging in laboratory environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across the development and integration lifecycle
• Continually grow your technical skills while applying industry standards and aerospace best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 2+ years of professional software development experience with strong C++ or object-oriented programming skills
