Software Engineer I (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business requirements and assist in design for accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain relevant product.
- Build and maintain existing React-based applications with best-in-class user experience.
- Demonstrate good understanding of the product and own one or more modules.
- Develop and maintain relevant product and domain knowledge.
- Ensure code is delivered for Integration Build and Test, including release content.
- Work with a DevOps mindset, collaborating with Operations teams to identify and solve bugs.
- Adhere to performance benchmarks based on pre-defined requirements.
- Possess knowledge of database architecture and data models used in the relevant product.
- Proactively report all activities to reporting managers and seek assistance from peers as needed.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and innovation ability.
- Identify and build reusable components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 2 years of experience in software development of large and complex enterprise applications.
- Experience developing enterprise applications using ReactJS, React Native, Node JS, and Express JS framework.
- Knowledge of latest features like ES6, React Hooks, Styled-Components, Service-Worker.
- Hands-on experience in unit testing frameworks like Mocha or Jest.
- Expertise in building Cloud apps and Web apps with Multi-Lingual support.
- Experience with version control tools like GitHub or Stash.
- Experience in Responsive Web Design (RWD) for Web Applications.
- Experience working with the BFF (Backend For Frontend) approach of development.
- Knowledge of Java and Rest APIs is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of building apps with Docker and using cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is an added advantage.

Pay
The salary range for this position is USD $75,000 - $85,000. The range reflects the anticipated base salary based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary by location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications, or licenses, and other relevant factors. This role is also eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
