Software Engineer I (Python Focus)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modular architectures for data ingestion, orchestration, and governance.
• Create semantic representations and vectorized data for improved machine understanding.
• Develop graph-based fusion and reasoning capabilities to enable real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineers, data experts, veterans, and mission practitioners to deliver impactful solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand and meet their unique requirements.
• Ensure compliance with government standards and regulations related to data ownership and stewardship.

Requirements

• Experience with data engineering, machine learning, and software development.
• Strong understanding of data governance and privacy principles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Passion for building long-term infrastructure that supports mission-critical operations.
• Active Secret, Top Secret, or Top Secret/SCI clearance (where required).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
