Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Will You Do?

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to support Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and streamline business processes
Apply engineering fundamentals to Salesforce development, configuration, and integration projects
Develop specialized expertise in Salesforce technologies while leveraging existing technical skills
Partner with experienced Salesforce professionals to deliver innovative solutions aligned with strategic business objectives

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• 2+ years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem—prior Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and values knowledge sharing
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with emerging technologies in a transformation environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience
• 2 additional years of software engineering experience
