Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs for mission-critical cybersecurity applications.
- Build responsive web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks for security tools and dashboards.
- Design and implement database schemas and data pipelines for security data.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications in secure cloud and air-gapped environments.
- Collaborate with analysts to translate cyber operational requirements into working software solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience developing in Python for backend services and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong database skills including SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Development experience in a Linux environment.
- Experience with the Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with GraphQL or RESTful API design patterns.
- Experience deploying applications in secure/air-gapped environments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, logging systems, or SIEM platforms.
