About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to translate business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs and to deliver code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions. You will develop, configure, or modify integrated business and enterprise application solutions across various computing environments while collaborating closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to communicate project statuses and proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
  • Develop and maintain back-end services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or similar technologies.
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
  • Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical solution planning.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of issues and participate in the code review process to identify gaps.
  • Implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes to ensure quality and efficiency using DevOps automation tools.
  • Ideate, build, and publish reusable libraries to improve productivity across teams.
  • Implement and maintain complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications.
  • Solve difficult technical problems to ensure solutions are testable, maintainable, and efficient.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in software development or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working on projects involving software development life cycles (SDLC) through iterative Agile development.
  • 2+ years of experience with any of the following: frontend technologies (UI/UX), middleware (microservices and APIs), database technologies, or DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience writing technical documentation in a software environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing business systems within an organization.

Pay

Pay range: $75,300 – $143,100 annually. Starting rate may vary based on factors including location, education, training, and experience.
