Software Engineer, Full Stack
About the role
The company is seeking Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to develop Boomie, an integrated software platform connecting design, supply chain, manufacturing, and test processes. The goal is to eliminate inefficiencies in aerospace manufacturing by providing a unified system.
Responsibilities
- Own a domain within Boomie, from data models to user interfaces
- Collaborate closely with aerospace engineers, technicians, and supply chain partners to understand their needs
- Ship functional code within the first week and a usable tool by the end of the first month
- Design APIs that are accessible to both humans and artificial intelligence agents
- Build the necessary MCP servers, schemas, and APIs to make Boom's data accessible to all stakeholders
Requirements
- A proven track record of building complex systems of systems in areas such as content delivery networks (CDNs), consumer platforms, financial technology (fintech), advertising technology (ad tech), game infrastructure, and hard-tech startups
- Experience spanning various layers of the stack and a passion for innovation
- Fluency with modern AI development tools and a nuanced understanding of their applications
- Ability to work closely with non-technical users and translate their workflows into effective software solutions
- A strong belief in the importance of front-line operations and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in full-stack development
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and practices

Benefits
Benefits include a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $177,000 per year, a flexible PTO policy, and a variety of progressive benefits. There is no set deadline to apply for this position, and applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
