About the Role
Join Koah Labs as we build the ad network to power the next generation of AI-native products. In this role, you’ll help shape core ad experiences, influence how people see ads across our network, and contribute to a product that millions of users will experience. You’ll take ownership of meaningful projects, make critical technical decisions, and collaborate with experts in design, product, and data to redefine advertising in this new era.
Responsibilities
- Help shape core ad experiences and influence how ads are displayed across our ad network.
- Tackle meaningful challenges with increasing autonomy, crafting code that impacts millions of users.
- Take ownership of projects, make critical technical decisions, and contribute unique perspectives to our product vision.
- Collaborate with passionate experts across design, product, and data to create innovative advertising solutions.
Qualifications
- Enjoy proactively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Are comfortable working across the stack, tackling new tasks outside your comfort zone, and handling ambiguity.
- Work well in-person and thrive in fast feedback loops.
- Enjoy breaking down complex problems and testing hypotheses.
- Get excited about end-to-end ownership in high-agency environments.
