While this is a remote position, candidates must currently reside within reasonable commuting distance (i.e., North/Central Alabama) of Huntsville, AL and be available to work on-site as needed. How We Work We work in small teams using our Factory Agile Software Team process, Atlassian Jira, and GitHub Copilot to quickly create innovative solutions.We place strong emphasis on user interface design and overall user experience, while also establishing system and software architectures that meet customer needs.We encourage continuous improvement through piloting and evaluating the effects on quality and timeliness of the products we deliver.This role may be up to 100% remote, depending on customer and contract requirements. What You'll Do Work directly with stakeholders to understand their workflows and needs.Collaborate openly with a team of software developers, UI/UX designers, and Quality Assurance professionals who are as passionate about software as you are.Use cutting-edge open-source technologies.Leverage our processes and industry-standard development tools to deliver high-quality products.Learn from teammates and grow professionally as part of a supportive team.Participate in all aspects of the Agile Scrum process, including daily standups, sprint reviews with customers, and retrospectives.Produce design options and artifacts within the defined architecture and implement solutions using a modern technical stack.Develop and perform unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to merge code into mainline source control branches.Help establish new agentic development processes and technologies and lead the team toward increased adoption of both. Minimum Salary $113,500.00 Maximum Salary $118,500.00 Salary Type Annually The salary range, if referenced, represents a good faith estimate.
