Role Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough code reviews and evaluate pull requests to ensure high code quality standards.
- Identify, debug, and resolve complex issues across Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go codebases.
- Develop, review, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
- Implement and enforce security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with engineering teams via GitHub, providing clear and constructive feedback.
- Document technical findings, review insights, and recommendations in a structured manner.
- Contribute to AI model training initiatives by improving code quality and development workflows.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Go development.
- Expertise in code reviews, pull request evaluation, and maintaining code quality standards.
- Proficiency with GitHub workflows and collaborative development practices.
- Strong debugging and issue identification skills across multiple codebases.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced engineering environment.
Type: Hourly contract • Compensation: $70–$80/hour • Location: Remote • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
