Software Engineer - Clinical

Location: Maple Grove, MN (100% On-Site) – 12+ Month Contract

Pay Range: $45/hr. - $50/hr. on W2

About the role

Develop, maintain, and update detailed design and interface specifications based on requirement specifications. Support the implementation, development, and enhancement of software source code, scripts, and procedures. Debug, troubleshoot, and isolate software issues, providing strategic solutions and analysis for future development. Write, update, and execute test design, cases, procedures, and report results to ensure software quality. Contribute to requirement gathering, analysis, validation, and hazard/risk analysis documentation.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a solid understanding of software development and data systems.
• Knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices relevant to clinical data management.
• Experience with software debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
