Software Engineer / C++ / Onsite

About the Role

This is a full-time onsite role with a software engineering team working on technically complex, precision-focused applications. The team operates in an R&D-oriented environment where the work involves exploring new concepts, building prototypes, and moving ideas toward production. The group is growing and looking for someone comfortable working in early-stage development cycles, contributing to technical direction, and staying hands-on throughout. A good fit for engineers who enjoy creative problem solving and iterative development.

Responsibilities

• Building prototypes, proofs of concept, and production features
• Evaluating new technologies and validating technical feasibility
• Hands-on coding, testing, and documentation
• Working alongside cross-functional engineering and research teams

Requirements

• Strong development experience in C++ or Python
• Interest in R&D, prototyping, and proof of concept work
• Test-driven development and solid coding practices
• Ability to contribute across design, testing, and technical documentation
• Comfortable working independently and within collaborative engineering teams

Qualifications

• Experience with algorithms, real-time systems, or sensor-related development
• Background in taking early-stage prototypes into scalable production systems
• Familiarity with Rust is a plus
