About the role

Auria is seeking a dynamic leader in Engineering and Technology solutions for the Department of Defense and civil organizations. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in Software and Systems Engineering, Cyber Solutions, and Specialized Mission Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform and influence product development decisions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in software and systems engineering, with a focus on defense and civil applications.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
