Software Engineer

Own features and systems end-to-end across the full stack, from backend architecture to the interfaces users interact with every day. Partner with product, design, and finance experts to shape what we build—advocating for the right technical tradeoffs and keeping the customer perspective central. Responsibilities

• Own features and systems end-to-end across the full stack, from backend architecture to the interfaces users interact with every day

• Grow the team around you through code reviews, mentorship, and hands-on collaboration

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record on complex, large-scale projects
• Strong backend fundamentals and willingness to jump into frontend when needed
• Comfortable making technical decisions and navigating hard tradeoffs at whatever scope your role demands
• Strong product instincts—think about user impact, not just technical correctness
• Energized by building in a fast-moving environment where the playbook is still being written

Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, ERP, or accounting software
• Experience with Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript
• Familiarity with enterprise readiness (SOC 2, SSO/SAML, audit logging, or similar)

Pay

The base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $270,000, plus equity and benefits. Exact compensation depends on your skills, experience, location, and background, and the range may be adjusted over time.

Schedule

We work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day.
