About the Opportunity:The Software Engineer role is focused on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs in a fast-changing industry. This position is responsible for full lifecycle ownership of code, collaborating closely with product managers and customers to create impactful product experiences. The role emphasizes using AI tools to enhance development efficiency and quality, contributing to operational reliability and continuous improvement of engineering practices. 3. Responsibilities:• Take full responsibility for the design, development, testing, and deployment of software.• Collaborate with product managers and customers to understand needs and translate them into effective solutions.• Utilize AI-driven workflows to enhance judgment, speed, and code quality.• Work within a team to solve platform-level challenges and mentor teammates on AI tools.• Drive continuous refinement of engineering culture, values, and processes.• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident responses to maintain system reliability. 4. Requirements:• Experience building full-stack applications, comfortable with technologies such as React, TypeScript, Ruby, .NET/C#.• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases with query writing skills.• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.• Commitment to building reliable systems with robust testing, automation, and monitoring.• Proficiency in using large language models and agentic tools as part of the development process.• Curiosity about customer workflows to guide technical decision-making.• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Target starting salary range of $107,000 to $143,000 depending on level.• The pay range and compensation package for this role includes cash compensation and equity. 6.
