Responsibilities

• Support a critical customer-facing application used by phone bankers for customer and account maintenance.
• Deliver business-driven initiatives and new functionality.
• Support authentication-related enhancements and requirements.
• Work on initiatives related to account management and customer authentication.
• Examples of projects the team is working on include: Authentication enhancements, Customer account access and maintenance improvements, "Smart Start" initiative involving youth account management and permissions.
• Collaborates closely with other engineers across locations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Full Stack Java development experience.
• Comfortable working in a legacy technology environment.
• Enjoys maintaining and enhancing existing applications, not just building new ones.
• Collaborates effectively with both U.S. and India-based team members.
• Understands enterprise-scale, high-volume applications.
• Can contribute to both production support and new business initiatives.
