This position involves developing and optimizing embedded software for real-time systems using C++. The role requires collaboration with hardware engineers to integrate software solutions into product designs. Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and test embedded software components using C++ for resource-constrained systems.• Debug and optimize existing embedded code to improve performance and reliability.• Collaborate with hardware teams to define software requirements and interfaces.• Write and maintain technical documentation for embedded software modules.• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards for embedded systems. Required Skills & Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience with C++ in embedded systems development.• Proficiency in debugging embedded systems using tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, or logic analyzers.• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr.• Knowledge of hardware-software integration and communication protocols like I2C, SPI, or UART.• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.• Experience with unit testing frameworks for embedded C++ applications.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
