Software Engineer

Who You Are

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or other technical field
  1+ years’ experience in AI/ML model training and deployment including familiarity with agentic AI principles and applications
  1+ years’ experience building and the deployment of autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or other technical field
  Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, with experience in data processing libraries, familiar with TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn
  Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data management tools
  Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  Experience building or integrating RAG-based architectures for LLM-assisted use cases and MLOps practices and tools
  Ability to work with global teams and a flexible work schedule

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range for this position - $30-47/hr
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
