Software Engineer

About the Role

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development, scaling, and reliability of Polynomic’s core agentic AI platform. You will work across backend services, data pipelines, and platform integrations that enable automated decision making for digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop, scale, and maintain backend services for an agentic AI platform.
• Build and optimize data pipelines that process real-time performance signals.
• Integrate with advertising platforms to enable automated campaign management.
• Improve system reliability and performance for large-scale AI-driven workflows.

Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or similar.
• BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two to five years of professional software engineering experience.
• Understanding of AI systems and workflows in production.
• Interest in digital advertising.
