Software Engineer

MeeBoss is sharing this active opportunity on behalf of FanIQ, a high-engagement, video-first live event marketing platform for teams, festivals, and venues. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY, focused on designing and maintaining high-quality software applications while collaborating with product and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
