Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core product features across frontend (React, NextJS, mobile).
- Collaborate directly with engineering, design, product, and sales to create seamless experiences for our customers.
- Write code with AI that balances speed with quality - we ship fast, but we also build for scale.
- Help shape our tech stack, architecture, and product direction.
- Jump into everything from UI tweaks to database queries - full stack.
- Design and ship AI-assisted product features using LLMs and tool/function calling, embedded directly into estimating, document processing, and financial workflows.
- Build and operate reliable AI workflows and lightweight agents that combine model outputs, external tools, and deterministic business logic to produce accurate, auditable results.
Qualifications Required
- 3–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong frontend development skills with React and NextJS, with working knowledge of backend technologies and APIs.
- Experience with mobile development (native or cross-platform frameworks like Capacitor or React Native).
- Solid understanding of web security principles and performance optimization best practices.
- Strong understanding of agile development practices and working in fast-moving startup environments.
- Love working in early-stage chaos — priorities change, solutions evolve, and that energizes you.
- Can take a vague problem, break it down, and deliver something customers love.
- Hands-on experience building production AI workflows involving tool/function calling or agent-like orchestration, including prompt design, context selection, and structured outputs.
- Strong judgment in designing safe, observable, human-in-the-loop AI systems, with an understanding of reliability, failure modes, and when AI is (or isn't) the right solution.
