Software Engineer

A leading global aerospace and defence company is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer. The successful candidate will join a specialised team focused on vehicle health management systems to support advanced defence and security programs. What You'll Be Doing Designing, developing, and testing software integrated into embedded devices and systems to meet safety and regulation standards.Translating customer requirements into technical designs for embedded devices and specialized hardware.Integrating embedded software with hardware components and monitoring system efficiency and stability.Participating in use case development and maintaining requirements, algorithms, and interfaces for health management software.Collaborating with program partners and stakeholders to integrate complex software components using Agile methodologies. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.At least 2 years of experience with embedded systems and software development using C or C++.Experience working within an Agile product development environment.Familiarity with Linux, software containers such as Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a security clearance.
