Software Engineer

About the role

We're working with a leading financial services provider that helps local governments maximize revenues through data analysis, financial insights, and specialized software solutions. They are a recognized leader in their niche, serving over 600 government entities nationwide and having recovered billions for their partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug proprietary software programs
• Design and develop software user interfaces
• Enhance and improve existing reporting tools and features
• Construct database queries and write Crystal Reports
• Apply intermediate design, coding, debugging, and testing skills

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and testing code
• Strong problem-solving skills for moderately complex issues
• Experience with .Net C#, Visual Basic, RDBMS/SQL, MVC, AngularJS
• Knowledge of GIS, APIs, and Microsoft Internet Information Server
