This position is located in Springfield, Virginia, and will support ongoing RDT&E analytic tool and semantic infrastructure development across two critical environments.
Responsibilities
The role involves supporting an object management service Research & Development effort leveraging RDF/OWL and AI to advance object custody / disposition knowledge capabilities in an object-based intelligence context, as well as developing an enterprise-scale repository of certified RDF/OWL ontologies.

- Deploying containers to cloud environments using OpenShift environment and ISSO processes and requirements
Preferred Experience
- Ontology engineering
- Semantic interoperability
- Programming languages such as Python, Java, SPARQL
- Software proficiency with GitLab, AI/LLM/RAG integration, CI/CD and RDF/OWL
- Integrating tools into existing NGA systems
- Agile/scrum, backlog leadership, ISSO familiarity
- Development of knowledge models or data graphs
Qualifications
7 years of experience with a MA/MS or 10 years with a BA/BS in a relevant discipline is required. A TS/SCI Clearance is also required.
