Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production AI workflows including call scoring, PDF scorecards, and coaching emails.
- Develop multi-tenant client and rep-facing dashboards with Salesforce sync, RBAC, and embedded analytics.
- Arcitect and deliver a Velocify replacement with skills-based routing, SLA enforcement, Twilio dialer, and complex schema design.
- Integrate AI voice agent platforms such as Vapi or Bland with CRM handoff, conversation memory, and escalation routing.
- Administer Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
- Build custom fields, validation rules, Flows, and analytics within Salesforce.
- Design workflows via n8n, webhooks, and API integrations to eliminate manual work.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Write meaningful tests.
- Enforce staging versus production discipline.
- Ensure security best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production applications.
- Daily use of Node.js, Next.js 14+, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL and Supabase including schema design, normalization, complex queries, and indexing.
- Experience with REST, OAuth2, JWT, and webhooks for reliable integrations.
- Experience with at least one production feature using Claude or OpenAI including prompt design, streaming, and token management.
- Experience with real-time systems such as WebSockets, SSE, or Supabase Realtime.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Vercel, and staging discipline.
- Knowledge of security practices including RBAC, input sanitization, secret management, rate limiting, and CORS.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor with the ability to debug and audit outputs.
- US-based location with a preference for onsite work in Naperville, IL.
