Software Engineer

About the Role

This position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship is required.

The role will start with training on the system to get up to speed. Eventually, it will require on-call flexibility to service business-critical tickets after hours and sometimes on weekends. An on-call rotation is being created by the team and is currently under development. The initial plan is to have one week on-call, one week as backup, and at least one week off-call before re-entering the rotation. Ideally, there will be at least two weeks off-call before returning to the rotation, though this is still to be determined.
