About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Android Software Engineer to become a vital part of our small, collaborative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications that integrate seamlessly with our cloud solutions, supporting in-field maintenance and configuration of our smart water meters. A primary focus will be on developing robust Bluetooth functionalities to ensure secure and efficient communication between our applications and hardware devices. You will work closely with cloud engineers, firmware engineers, and UI/UX designers to create responsive, visually polished user experiences tailored for field technicians and end-users. Your contributions will be instrumental in expanding our Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product offerings, while also supporting the transition from legacy mobile applications built on older frameworks.
