Software Engineer (All Experience Levels)

Key Tasks

• DCCA is hiring cleared Software Engineers (SWE) of all experience levels for a variety of current and new contracts in the Annapolis Junction/Fort Meade area, supporting the DoD/Intelligence Community!

Required Skills

• Highly motivated to support the national security mission
• Desire to learn new techniques or use a new tool, or strengthen an existing skillset
• Work as part of a team, or even lead a team of other engineers
• Provide and implement recommendations for complex software projects
• Analyze user requirements
• Debugging existing software, testing, and system documentation

Desired Skills

• Experience working in an Agile development team/environment, conducting sprint planning, etc.
• Cloud technology and/or certifications
• Experience as a software team lead
• Big data Analytics
• CNO Security
• DevOps

Required Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $94,000 to $258,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
