What You Will Be Working On

• Agents: Building agents that can be trusted to execute critical business flows for large enterprises in a verifiable and trustworthy manner, and future-proofing these agents as language models evolve.
• Orchestration: Running thousands, tens of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of agents at scale.
• Retrieval: Leveraging existing process insights to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of execution.
• Command Center: Building the user-facing components that empower humans to manage and work seamlessly with agents.
• And much, much more!

We Are Looking For

• A passion for being on the frontier of AI products.
• Motivation and high agency to drive outcomes, operating in a high-autonomy culture where each team member has significant agency to overcome obstacles and achieve business impact.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems with modern languages and infrastructure.
• Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Even better if you have experience building AI-powered products, experience building enterprise-grade products with a solid understanding of security principles, identity, and access management, and previous experience founding or working at startups.
