Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and maintenance of software applications, following established coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborates with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Writes clean, efficient, and well-documented code for software components and features.
- Participates in code reviews to learn from feedback and improve coding skills.
- Debugs and troubleshoots software defects and issues.
- Works on software enhancements and new features as directed by senior team members.
- Follows version control and software configuration management best practices.
- Assists with the integration and testing of software components.
- Keeps up to date with emerging technologies and programming languages to enhance skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of related work experience in SQL, TSQL, MS .NET, Azure.
- Experience with at least one of the following: ASP.NET MVC or Web API, WinForms.
- Proficiency in HTML 5.0, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular or React).
- Experience with data access technology such as Microsoft Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and/or other object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworks.
- Experience with relational database (RDBMS) technology such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, with a solid understanding of SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office or home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
