Software Engineer 3 - AWS

About the role

Captivation Software is looking for a senior-level software engineer with AWS expertise to join a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality solutions in support of the mission to protect our country. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can drive innovation while meeting critical deadlines.

Security Clearance: Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph. U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

• Twenty (20) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university (four (4) years of SWE experience may be substituted for the degree)
• Direct hire only—no third-party staffing or recruiting firms will be considered

• Annual Salary: $130,000 – $270,000 (based on years of experience)
