Responsibilities
- Develop in a Linux operating environment
- Work with Python, Java, and Scala
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Build, monitor, and develop Machine Learning models (e.g., Random Forest, feature development)
- Use Lucene, JEXL, SQL, JSON, and Map/Reduce
- Utilize Jupyter Notebooks, IntelliJ, and/or Eclipse
- Work with Git/GitLab, Stash/Bitbucket, and Scikit-learn
- Create, review, and maintain documentation
- Collaborate using Jira and Confluence
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
- Experience with Python
- Experience with GM
- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience developing in a Linux operating environment
Required Skills
- Experience with Java and Scala
- Experience with Lucene, JEXL, SQL, and JSON
- Random Forest and feature development for Random Forest
- Machine Learning model building and monitoring
- Experience with Map/Reduce
- Experience with Jupyter Notebooks
- Experience with IntelliJ and/or Eclipse
- Experience with Git/GitLab and/or Stash/Bitbucket
- Experience with Scikit-learn
- Experience with documentation and reviewing documentation

Qualifications
SWE-3 LCAT
- Twenty (20) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
SWE-2 LCAT
- Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer (SWE) in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
