Responsibilities: Engage in in-classroom skill development across various fields such as Customer Success, Business Operations, Project Management, IT Support, Application Development, Data Analysis, Financial Operations, and Banking.Prepare for internships and job placements through resume building, interview practice, and networking.Participate in internships to gain real-world experience, earning an educational stipend during this phase.Receive personalized coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to facilitate career launch.Complete coursework and training aligned with industry standards and employer needs. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required.Eligible to work in the U. S.Motivated to learn and develop professional skills.No Bachelor’s degree obtained.Availability Monday-Friday throughout the program.May need to complete additional screening questions.
