About the role

Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluates interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system corrections.

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or a PhD degree and 0 years of experience.
  • Nice to have: Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight, ability to lead and support teams through development or implementation activities, understanding and execution of best practices for code development and application lifecycle management, maintaining application lifecycle management of responsible systems, establishing relationships with key application end users and management stakeholders, running and maintaining of responsible systems, supporting service requests, incidents, system enhancements, and applicable projects, proficiency with Windows Platforms (OS, Database, Development Software), proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, C++, knowledge of API and system integrations.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or a PhD degree and 0 years of experience.
  • Is able to complete assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Can lead and support teams through development or implementation activities.
  • Understands and executes best practices for code development and application lifecycle management.
  • Maintains application lifecycle management of responsible systems, including staying up to date with the latest version, understanding when the system will be End of Life (EOL), etc.
  • Keeps all application portfolio documentation relevant and up to date.
  • Supports patch remediation and testing/validation.
  • Establishs a relationship with the key application end users and management stakeholders.
  • Runs and maintains of responsible systems, including supporting service requests, incidents, system enhancements, and applicable projects.
  • Is proficient with Windows Platforms (OS, Database, Development Software).
  • Is proficient in programming languages such as SQL, C++, etc.
  • Has knowledge of API and system integrations.
