Software Developer (Systems Software)

Job Summary

A DevOps focused Software engineer to support the enterprise language services team. A successful candidate would have a deep understanding of Kubernetes, containerization and cloud-native technologies. Will be responsible for the implementation of the project’s Kubernetes-based infrastructure and applications.

Experience Needed

- Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen - Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly - Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration, including deployment, scaling and management - Knowledge of Helm charts for simplifying application deployment of Kubernetes - Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management - Hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture - Strong scripting skills using Bash, with the ability to automate tasks and processes - Experience with ArgoCD for automating deployment pipelines - Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems such as Prometheus/Grafana - Familiarity with KEDA for scalable Kubernetes workloads - Elasticsearch expertise for search, logging, or analytics use cases - PostgreSQL database administration skills - Node.js and TypeScript development experience - Angular framework knowledge
