Contribution-led product strategy for enterprise cloud infrastructure and remote desktop products used by teams building and operating Apple platforms. Responsibilities included roadmap, discovery, and partner alignment across engineering, go-to-market, and customer-facing teams.

• Strategic work with Citrix and HP expanded enterprise deployment options and demand, helping grow the product line to approximately 25% of company pipeline by departure.

Directed core platform products beneath one of the largest construction technology ecosystems, including modernization of Trimble Identity, the sign-in and access layer serving 7M+ users across 100+ products.

• Led a 14-person product organization through 3 managers of PMs, partnering with executives on platform governance, security, and investment priorities.

Led strategy for identity, APIs, integrations, data governance, and developer services used across a global product portfolio, working with internal engineers and product teams as platform customers.

• Translated integration friction and real workflows into roadmap direction with product and engineering partners, balancing long-horizon platform investment against near-term outcomes decentralized business units needed.

Moved from Spatial Cloud Architect into product leadership as the company shifted from GIS services to repeatable SaaS, prototyping geospatial data processing and delivery on AWS with REST streaming endpoints.

• Established product discovery, prioritization, and a durable product and engineering rhythm. The SaaS transition contributed to roughly 4x revenue growth.

Built enterprise software, authentication systems, geospatial applications, and research platforms, and managed the systems and infrastructure beneath them.

• Created the technical foundation for a career in platform product leadership.
