About the role

Nalley Consulting has an opportunity for an experienced Software Developer to support ongoing research and development efforts for functional characterization of WMD facilities and their associated design.

Responsibilities

• 11+ years of experience with cloud and net centric software development
• Demonstrate experience providing scientific computing development support using languages such as Python, Java, Angular JS, etc.
• Demonstrated experience working with container technology (docker / Kubernetes) and working in Agile environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives
• Ability to clearly express in writing technical analysis results

Qualifications

• Required clearance: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly. Candidates with current CI poly taken within the past seven years will be prioritized.
• Required experience: At least 11 years
• Required education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field and 11+ years relevant experience with cloud and net-centric software development

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to write ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production
• 10+ years of experience in solving DoD data science problems
• An active CI polygraph
