Software Developer (SME) [ETL] - $213K

About the role

Support a large (200+ FTE) technical program focused on entitlement programs, Identity & Access Management (IdAM/ICAM), authentication/authorization, attributes, and digital policy management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and modernize legacy applications
• Develop Java/Spring Boot and Angular/TypeScript applications
• Build and consume REST APIs
• Work with AWS/EC2 and write deployment/configuration scripts
• Develop custom ETL solutions
• Use Elasticsearch for data search and analytics
• Perform unit testing, peer reviews, and automated testing with Selenium
• Work with Git, Jenkins, Rundeck, and Red Hat Linux command line
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Document solutions and mentor junior developers

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree + 16+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular/TypeScript
• Experience with AWS and custom ETL development
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Selenium, and Rundeck
• Red Hat Linux command-line experience
