About the Role
As a full stack developer, you can resolve problems with complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment. This role is more than just coding—you’ll oversee a team, helping them learn new tools and techniques while identifying system improvements. You’ll build software and systems from vision to production-ready, ensuring solutions consider current architecture, operating environments, and future enhancements. Work with clients to overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers, guiding them in adopting new tools and techniques.
- Develop full-stack software solutions from concept to production.
- Ensure solutions align with current architecture and support future functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to address complex challenges using modern technologies.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) in a team environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience working on an Agile team with Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency in Linux, C, C++, or C# for developing software on custom-designed systems.
- Experience with GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
- Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- HS diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating driver software.
- Experience with real-time operating systems.
- Top Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.

Pay
Salary is determined by location, education, skills, experience, and organizational requirements. The projected annualized range for this position is $86,800 to $198,000.
Schedule & Work Model
This role may be remote, hybrid, or onsite:
- Remote: Primarily virtual, with occasional in-person work at Booz Allen or customer facilities.
- Hybrid: Frequent work from a Booz Allen facility, with potential customer site visits.
- Onsite: Work primarily at a Booz Allen office or customer facility.
Cameras are generally expected to be on during virtual meetings to support collaboration.
