Software Developer (Onsite - Huntley, IL)

We are currently seeking a Software Developer to join our fast-paced, diverse, and safety-focused team. As an entry-level Software Developer, you'll gain hands-on experience developing applications, integrating business systems, automating processes, and collaborating with teams across the organization to solve real-world business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications, APIs, and system integrations
• Build solutions that automate business processes and improve data flow between systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative software solutions
• Participate in ERP, integration, and digital transformation projects
• Troubleshoot applications, resolve defects, and support continuous improvement efforts
• Contribute to software architecture, testing, documentation, and development best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 0-2 years of software development experience, including internships, co-ops, academic projects, or professional experience
• Knowledge of software development principles, object-oriented programming, and database concepts
• Familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and software testing concepts
• Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm in Huntley, IL (remote, hybrid, or relocation services are not available)
• Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis (visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future)
