Job Duties
- Aid Information Systems team members with daily operations, development, and maintenance of systems.
- Develop software, data-related transformations, and reports based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business units to understand data analysis and software development needs.
- Provide end-user support for all member and staff-facing systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of member, employee, and credit union information.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Information Systems or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software development, including design patterns, object-oriented design, and other software constructs.
- Basic understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing, including database and report development, ETL, normalization, and modelling.
- Familiarity with AI tools for software development, particularly within the Microsoft technology stack (C#, SQL Server, IIS, Visual Studio, Azure, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working with a diverse range of individuals.
